Happy Desk's issue-context feature provides a quick and easy way to see the overall sentiment score of a ticket, as well as a breakdown of positive, neutral, and negative words


This view is only visible for Jira ServiceDesk tickets.

By default, you will see the sentiment score for all users within the ticket but you can also see the sentiment score for only the creator by toggling Only creator option.
