Overview

The app provides a comprehensive overview of your service desk tickets, displaying important information about each ticket such as status, issue key, summary, assignee, created and update date. This allows you to prioritize your team's efforts and ensure that every customer receives prompt and effective support.

The column Change will display the difference in sentiment score from the creation of the Jira issue until now.


  • In this overview you can:
    • Sort the table for some columns, to do this you can click on the header.
    • Refresh to fetch newest data.
    • Change the 'Updated Since', options are 7 days, 30 days or 60 days.
    • Filter by Jira Project, allows multi-select.
    • Filter by Status, allows multi-select
    • Filter by Sentiment, allows multi-select.
    • Filter by Sentiment Source
      • Only Service Desk content
      • Only External Customer content
      • All content
